CBUAE's foreign assets hit AED 393.78bn in April

UAE - Mubasher: The Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) recorded AED 393.78 billion foreign assets in April 2021, up from AED 371.58 billion in the same month of 2020.

On a monthly basis, the CBUAE's foreign assets increased in April, compared to AED 392.44 billion in March, according to the latest data by the central bank.

Meanwhile, the central bank's foreign securities jumped to AED 103.44 billion in April 2021 from AED 22.32 billion in the year-ago period.

The CBUAE also reported AED 40.22 billion in the other foreign assets in April, up from AED 17.51 billion in the corresponding month of 2020.
