Cairo- Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) has auctioned on Monday, 21 February, treasury bonds (T-Bonds) worth EGP 3 billion over three tranches.
The first offering stood at EGP 1.25 billion, holding a maturity period of two years until 11 January 2024.
The second issue was valued at EGP 1 billion and will mature in five years on 11 January 2027.
Meanwhile, the third tranche totalled EGP 750 million, carrying a tenor of 10 years until 11 January 2032.
On 14 February, the CBE auctioned T-bonds worth EGP 4.5 billion through three offerings.
