Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) auctioned treasury bonds (T-bonds) at a value of EGP 2.50 billion through one tranche on Monday, 30 October 2023.
The fixed coupon will mature in three years on 31 October 2026, according to official data.
Furthermore, the CBE issued floating-rate T-bonds worth EGP 750 million through one offering, which holds a three-year tenor until 3 October 2026.
Last week, the central bank issued T-bonds at a total value of EGP 3.25 billion through two offerings.
