Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) has auctioned treasury bills (T-bills) at a total value of EGP 12.5 billion through two issues on Sunday, 6 March.
The first offering stands at EGP 3 billion and holds a maturity period of 91 days until 7 June.
The second tranche is valued at EGP 9.5 billion and will mature in 273 days on 6 December.
Last Thursday, the CBE offered T-bills worth EGP 20 billion over two issues.
