Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) has auctioned on Sunday, 27 February, treasury bills (T-bills) at a total value of EGP 11 billion through two issues.
The first tranche was valued at EGP 2.5 billion and will mature in 91 days on 31 May.
The second offering stood at EGP 8.5 billion and holds a maturity period of 273 days until 29 November.
Last Thursday, the CBE offered T-bills worth EGP 19 billion over two tranches.
