Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) auctioned fixed treasury bonds (T-bonds) through one tranche on Monday, 5 February 2024, according to official data.
The fixed coupon stood at EGP 1.50 billion, holding a tenor of three years until 6 February 2027.
The CBE also auctioned zero-coupon T-bonds at a value of EGP 1 billion through one issue, which will mature in 728 days on 3 February 2026.
On 29 January, the financial authority offered debt instruments at a combined value of EGP 60 billion.
