Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced treasury bonds (T-bonds) at an aggregated value of EGP 3.25 billion through two tranches on Monday, 6 November 2023.
The first issue stood at EGP 3 billion, carrying a maturity period of three years until 7 November 2026, according to official data.
The second tranche was valued at EGP 250 million and will mature in five years on 15 October 2027.
Last week, the central bank offered T-bonds at a value of EGP 2.50 billion through one auction.
