Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) has offered treasury bills (T-bills) at an aggregated value of EGP 24 billion through two tranches on Sunday, 12 June.
The first issue stood at EGP 14 billion, carrying a 91-day maturity period until 13 September this year, according to official data.
With a 273-day tenor until 14 March 2023, the second offering was valued at EGP 10 billion.
On 9 June, the CBE auctioned T-bills at a combined value of EGP 20 billion through two issues.
