Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) decided to extend the suspension of ATM withdrawal fees starting from 1 January 2021 until 30 June.
In addition, the suspension of fees on EGP-denominated bank transfers will also be extended, according to a statement on Monday.
The exemption also extends to fees on contactless payment cards, mobile wallets, and e-payments.
