Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) auctioned treasury bonds (T-bonds) at a value of EGP 1 billion through one tranche on Monday, 18 April.
The issue holds a five-year maturity period until 5 April 2027, according to official data.
Moreover, the CBE offered zero-coupon T-bonds worth EGP 4.50 billion through one issue, which will mature in 1.5 years on 17 October 2023.
Last week, the CBE auctioned T-bonds at a combined value of EGP 1 billion through one offering and zero-coupon T-bonds worth EGP 5 billion through one tranche.
