Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) issued treasury bonds (T-bonds) at a value of EGP 750 million through one tranche on Monday, 4 April.
The offering holds a tenor of five years until 5 April 2027, according to official data.
Moreover, the CBE offered zero-coupon T-bonds worth EGP 4.50 billion through one issue, which will mature in 1.5 years on 3 October 2023.
Last week, the CBE auctioned T-bonds at a combined value of EGP 2.75 billion through two tranches and zero-coupon T-bonds worth EGP 11.50 billion through one offering.
