Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) has offered, on 3 March, treasury bills (T-bills) worth EGP 20 billion through two issues, according to official data.
The first tranche was valued at EGP 13 billion, carrying a maturity period of 182 days until 6 September 2022.
The second offering totalled EGP 7 billion and will mature in 364 days on 7 March 2023.
It is worth noting that on 27 February, the CBE auctioned T-bills of EGP 11 billion over two tranches.
