Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) offered on Thursday, 3 February, treasury bills (T-bills) worth EGP 20 billion through two tranches, according to official data.
The first issue was valued at EGP 13 billion and holds a 182-days maturity period until 9 August 2022.
The second offering stood at EGP 7 billion and will mature in 364 days on 7 February 2023.
Earlier this week, the CBE auctioned T-bills at a value of EGP11 billion through two tranches.
