Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) has offered on Sunday, 6 February, treasury bills (T-bills) at a value of EGP 12.5 billion over two issues, according to official data.
The first tranche stood at EGP 3 billion, holding a maturity period of 91 days until 10 May 2022.
The second offering amounted to EGP 9.50 billion and will mature in 273 days on 8 November 2022.
Last Thursday, the CBE auctioned T-bills worth EGP 20 billion through two tranches.
