Riyadh – Mubasher: CATRION Catering Holding Company logged net profits amounting to SAR 352.77 million in 2024, an annual leap of 24.80% from SAR 282.65 million.
The group’s revenues jumped by 7.76% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 2.29 billion at the end of December 2024 from SAR 2.13 billion, according to the financial results.
Earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 4.30 last year from SAR 3.45 in 2023.
Cash Dividends for H2-24
The company’s board members greenlighted cash dividends valued at SAR 94.30 million, representing 11.50% of the capital, for the second half (H2) of 2024.
CATRION will disburse SAR 1.15 per share for 82 million eligible shares.
Eligibility and payment dates for the dividends will be 10 and 29 April, respectively.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2024, the net profits climbed by 19.14% to SAR 254.03 million from SAR 213.20 million.
