Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of the United International Transportation Company (Budget) approved to distribute SAR 88.95 million, representing 12.5% of the capital, as cash dividends for the second half (H2) of 2020.
Budget will pay SAR 1.25 per share to the entitled shareholders, according to a disclosure on Sunday.
The company will later announce the distribution date.
In 2020, the listed firm achieved a 5.2% increase in net profits to SAR 187.85 million, compared to SAR 178.61 million in 2019.
