Riyadh – Mubasher: The United International Transportation Company (Budget) has appointed Bassim Abdullah Abdulrahman Alim as the Chairman of the board for a three-year term starting 21 June 2021.
Budget also announced the appointment of Khaled Abdullah Khaled Aldabal as the Vice Chairman of the board for the same term that ends on 20 June 2024, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
It is worth noting that the listed firm reported net profits worth SAR 187.85 million in 2020.
