Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait will reactivate the off-market trades (negotiated trades) as of Wednesday, 15 April, in compliance with the approved rules and regulations.
The move was subject to the Capital Markets Authority's (CMA) approval and in light of the prevailing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, according to an official statement on Tuesday.
Aside from this, all of the previously announced precautionary measures shall remain effective until further notice, the statement added.
