Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Thursday’s session in red territory, as the All-Share, Main, and Premier indices went down 0.64%, 0.62%, and 0.65%, respectively.
The oil and gas segment led seven decliners with 1.7%, while the consumer services sector topped four gainers with 0.55%.
Warba Insurance led the losers with 18.83%, while Ithmaar topped the winners with 9.8%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased by 47% to KWD 12.13 million on Thursday from KWD 8.25 million in the previous session after the trading volume grew by 49.7% to 63.24 million shares from 42.24 million.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) posted the highest trading value of KWD 4.06 million, the stock went down 2.15%.
Ithmaar was the most active stock on which 10.27 million shares were traded.
