Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday’s trading session on a mixed note after the Main Market Index inched up 0.11%, whereas All-Share Market and Premier Market indices edged down 0.44% and 0.74%, respectively.
The Telecommunications sector declined 3.06%, whereas the consumer services segment increased 2.69%.
Future Kid Entertainment and Real Estate Company’s stock was the bourse’s worst performer after dipping 8.8%, whereas the stock of Al Massaleh Real Estate jumped 29.2%.
Boursa Kuwait’s trading volume tumbled 28.4% to 43.76 million shares on Sunday, from 61.07 million on Thursday, while liquidity retreated 22.06% to KWD 9.04 million, compared to KWD 11.06 million.
Mobile Telecommunications’ (Zain) stock, which dropped 4.17%, led the bourse in terms of trading volume after 4.38 million shares were exchanged, generating KWD 1.75 million in a turnover.
