Mubasher: Osos Holding Group Co said that its board member Ali Ahamad Al Omairy on 6 August sold about 3.51 million shares in Osos.
The average price in this transaction stood at 124.6 fils per share, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
Osos has a capital standing at KWD 10 million distributed on 100 million shares.
