Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) started Sunday’s trading session up after rising 122 points, or 1.5%, to 8,282.14 points, encouraged by blue-chip stocks.
By 10:40 am KSA time, TASI’s traded volume amounted to 28.43 million shares exchanged through 15,190 transactions with a turnover of SAR 771.77 million.
The banking sector rose 2.6%, followed by the telecommunication and materials sectors, which levelled up 1.4% and 0.5%, respectively.
On the negative side, the consumer services and commercial services sectors retreated 0.35% and 0.2%, respectively.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, kept stable at 3,077.38 points.
