Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Bloom Properties on Sunday announced that all its under construction projects are on track to be delivered on schedule.
Bloom, the property and lifestyle development arm of National Holding, said that work is steadily progressing across developments situated in the most strategic and accessible locations across the UAE’s two biggest emirates, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The Abu Dhabi-based developer’s projects comprise the 686-residential unit Bloom Heights and Bloom Towers in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) scheduled for delivery in the first and third quarters of 2020, respectively, Bloom said in a statement.
Located in the popular master community of JVC, Bloom Heights, which consists of two high-rise towers, will comprise 686 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
Meanwhile, Bloom Towers will feature three towers with 944 residential units including 255 units within a new building launched for sale at Cityscape Global 2018 held on 2-4 October at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).
Bloom’s developments also include its flagship Stella Maris in Dubai Marina, and Park View and Soho Square mixed-use developments in Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi.
Bloom has also begun the main construction of Stella Maris development, which includes 313 high-end residences, ranging from one, two and three-bedroom units, in addition to four-bedroom duplex apartments and penthouses.
Moreover, work is continuing in Bloom’s mixed-use developments in Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi, and is set to for completion in Q4 2018.
The project will comprise a 207-unit residential building and 217 furnished and serviced hotel apartments, featuring design and architectural elements integral to urban upscale living.
Located in Saadiyat, the development of Soho Square, which features 302 upscale residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, townhouses, and a penthouse, is in full swing, and is set for completion in Q1 2019, Bloom said.
“Bloom is gearing up for the launch of Abu Dhabi’s first-ever EDITION hotel at Bloom Marina, scheduled for completion in Q4 2018,” it added.
The Emirati property firm did not provide further details on investments of its projects.
