Cairo - Mubasher: Beltone Holding Company recorded year-on-year (YoY) lower consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 1.44 billion in 2025, compared with EGP 1.78 billion.
The basic earnings per share (EPS) retreated to EGP 0.14 in January-December 2025 from EGP 0.31 a year earlier, according to the financial results.
Meanwhile, the consolidated total revenues hit EGP 13.22 billion as of 31 December 2025, which signaled an annual jump from EGP 7.42 billion.
The consolidated total operating revenues surged YoY to EGP 12.07 billion in 2025 from EGP 7.17 billion.
Total assets hiked to EGP 53.02 billion at the end of 2025 when compared with EGP 33.74 billion in 2024.
Standalone Results
The EGX-listed company turned to non-consolidated losses after tax of EGP 179.43 million during 2025, against net profits after tax of EGP 631.35 million in the previous year.
The basic loss per share stood at EGP 0.02 in 2025, versus an EPS of EGP 0.12 in 2024.
Standalone total revenues increased YoY to EGP 2.07 billion in 2025 from EGP 1.59 billion, while the total operating revenues grew to EGP 1.91 billion from EGP 1.39 billion.
In the 12-month period that ended on 31 December 2025, the non-consolidated total assets amounted to EGP 21.46 billion, marking a YoY surge from EGP 11.77 billion.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, the consolidated net profits after tax of Beltone Holding rose YoY to EGP 1.57 billion from EGP 1.20 billion.
