Batic Investments logs SAR 12m net profits in Q1-26; accumulated losses hit SAR 25m

Riyadh – Mubasher: Batic Investments and Logistics Company posted net profits worth SAR 12.25 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, signaling a 10.54% drop from SAR 13.69 million in Q1-25.

The earnings per share (EPS) went down to SAR 0.020 in Q1-26 from SAR 0.023 in Q1-25, according to the income statements.

On an annual basis, the company generated 20.29% higher revenue at SAR 136.78 million in January-March 2026 when compared with SAR 113.70 million.

Moreover, the net profits in Q1-26 marked a leap of 1,014.28% from SAR 1.09 million in Q4-25, while the revenue decreased by 1.77% from SAR 139.25 million.

Accumulated Losses

As of 31 March 2026, Batic Investments incurred accumulated losses worth a total of SAR 25.11 million.

The amount represented 4.19% of the SAR 600 million capital of the company.

In addition, it signaled a decrease from the SAR 37.36 million accumulated losses that accounted for 6.23% of the capital as of 31 December 2025.

In 2025, Batic Investments registered net profits worth SAR 26.14 million after shifting from net losses in 2024, while the revenues stood at SAR 543.93 million.
