Riyadh – Mubasher: Basma Adeem Medical Company (Smile Care) has received a formal license from the Saudi Ministry of Health to open its fourth dental clinic branch, according to a bourse filing.
Located in the Al Narjis district of Riyadh, the facility will operate under the Smile Care brand and begins receiving patients immediately.
The expansion aligns with the company's strategic growth plan to increase its market share within the medical sector and broaden its customer base.
Basma Medical stated that the new branch is intended to enhance the company's presence in the capital and support the delivery of sustainable returns to shareholders.
The listed medical firm expects the financial impact of this new location to be reflected in its financial results starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
