Riyadh — Mubasher: Basma Adeem Medical Company (Smile Care) has received a formal license from the Ministry of Health to inaugurate its third dental clinic branch in Riyadh.
The new facility, operating under the Smile Care brand, is located within the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).
The company confirmed that operations and patient reception at the site are scheduled to commence immediately following the issuance of the permit.
The opening is part of the company’s broader expansion strategy aimed at strengthening its market presence, growing its customer base, and increasing its overall share within the medical sector.
Management expects the new branch to support sustainable shareholder returns by enhancing the firm's service network in the capital.
Basmat Adeem Medical projected that the financial impact of this expansion will begin to materialize during the third quarter (Q3) of 2026. The company stated it remains committed to disclosing any further material developments regarding its operational growth as they occur.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the listed company generated a net profit of SAR 4.78 million, representing an annual increase of 87.14% from SAR 2.56 million.
