Riyadh – Mubasher: Banque Saudi Fransi will distribute SAR 0.65 per share as a cash dividend, representing 6.5% of the share’s par value, for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The bank will pay a total value of SAR 779.97 million on 5 August to the entitled shareholders, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
Banque Saudi Fransi noted that the number of shares eligible for the H1-21 dividend payout stands at 1.19 billion.
Last May, the equityholders of the bank agreed to pay SAR 0.4 per share as a cash dividend for 2020.
