Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) recommended a cash dividend distribution of SAR 479.98 million to shareholders for 2020.
The proposed amount is equivalent to SAR 0.4 per share or 4% of the share’s par value, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the general assembly’s meeting date.
In 2020, the bank’s net profit plunged by 50.4% to reach SAR 1.55 billion, compared with SAR 3.12 billion a year earlier.
