Cairo – Mubasher: Banque Misr increased its stake in CI Capital Holding For Financial Investments to 10.16% from 7.3%.
The bank purchased 28.64 million shares for EGP 114.56 million at an average price of EGP 3.99 a share, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.
Arqaam Securities Brokerage and Beltone Securities Brokerage acted as brokers in this transaction.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first quarter of 2020, CI Capital Holding reported net profits of EGP 101.85 million, down from EGP 122.95 million in the year-ago period.
