Cairo – Mubasher: Banque Misr considers contributing to 21 syndicated loans worth EGP 92.8 billion to be directed into several sectors.
The Egyptian bank is expected to underwrite a total amount of EGP 26.4 billion to loans provided to a host of sectors, including real estate investment, transportation, oil and gas, agricultural crops, fertilizers, petrochemicals, cotton and spinning, and financial services, according to a statement on Tuesday.
During fiscal year 2018/2019, the lender arranged and funded eight syndicated loans worth EGP 20.45 billion, underwriting a total amount of EGP 10 billion, directed to several sectors such as real estate investment, oil and gas, building materials, and financial services.
