Bank Albilad to disburse SAR 750m cash dividends for H1-26

Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Bank Albilad has approved the distribution of SAR 750 million in interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2026.

The board decision, reached on 21 July 2026, follows the receipt of a no-objection letter from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regarding the payout.

The distribution will be allocated across 1.50 billion eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.50 per share after Zakat deductions. This payout represents 5% of the share nominal value.

Eligibility for the dividends is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on 30 July 2026 and who are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The bank confirmed that the scheduled payment date for these distributions is 20 August 2026.

At the end of June 2026, the bank logged a net profit of SAR 1.53 billion, up 4.18% from SAR 1.47 billion in H1-25.
