Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) decided to distribute a cash dividend of SAR 1 per share, representing 10% of the share’s par value, for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The company will pay a total amount of SAR 393.75 million for 393.75 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
Bahri has set the eligibility date as 5 October, while the distribution date will be on the 24th of the same month.
The company has reported net profits worth SAR 82.47 million in H1-21.
