Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) has recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2019 at 10% of the company’s capital or SAR 1 per share.
The distribution’s total value amount to SAR 393.75 million, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
Meanwhile, Bahri announced in a sperate bourse filing that it has received a letter of approval for renewing its contract with the Saudi Ministry of Interior for transportation and shipping services until 17 February 2021.
