Mubasher: The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) said this week's BHD 70 million treasury bill issuance has been subscribed by 109%.
The bills, carrying a maturity of 91 days, are issued by the CBB, on behalf of the government.
The bills were issued on 16 September, and will mature on 16 December 2015.
The weighted average rate of interest is 1.41%, compared to 1.38% for the previous issue on 9 September.
The approximate average price for the issue was 99.646%, with the lowest accepted price at 99.623%.
