Mubasher: The main index of Bahrain Bourse rose in Monday’s mid trading by 0.19% or 2.17 points to the level of 1,157.79 points.
Trading volume reached 954,250 shares through executing 20 transactions by 11:30 AM Manama time, making a turnover of BHD 137,570.
The index was supported by the growth in the banking sector which advanced by 0.39% as Al Salam Bank – Bahrain and Ahli United Bank (AUB) leapt by 1.09% and 0.79% respectively, while Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait retreated by 0.58%.
AUB made the highest liquidity of BHD 64,000.
