Riyadh – Mubasher: BSF Capital, the fund manager for Bonyan REIT, declared a cash dividend distribution to unitholders totaling SAR 65.15 million for the six-month period that ended on 30 April 2026.
The announcement, released through the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), details a payout of SAR 0.40 per unit, representing a distribution of 4.90% of the fund’s net asset value (NAV). The dividend per unit is calculated at SAR 0.40.
BSF Capital has outlined the comprehensive details regarding the upcoming dividend payout for the Bonyan REIT Fund, covering the operational period from 1 November 2025 to 30 April 2026.
In a move to ensure the efficient delivery of these funds, the fund manager has issued an advisory to all unitholders.
