Cairo - Mubasher: Azmeel Group Real Estate announced that it will pump new investments worth EGP 600 million through a number of projects in Zayed and 6th of October cities.
Board member and commercial director Ahmed Ibrahim said that the company has begun building 100 apartment complexes with an area of 800 square metres (sqm) each, as well as a 4,000-sqm mini-compound.
Ibrahim added that the areas of offered units vary from 140 to 450 sqm, with prices ranging between EGP 4,500 and EGP 8,000 per metre.
