Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments plans to build an over-570-metre tower, which will be one of the Dubai’s highest towers, the UAE-based developer told Construction Week.
The new tower is projected to be located along Shaikh Zayed Road and the project's construction is set to be in 2018 summer, Construction Week reported.
According to Gulf News, the UAE-based real estate developer had plans to launch two projects along Shaikh Zayed Road, a skyscraper and a twin-tower on Dubai Water Canal, whose collective cost could reach $1 billion.
The new tower will be Dubai’s third highest tower, informed sources said.
However, Azizi was very discreet about its new skyscraper, keeping most of the project’s detail to itself.
