Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based Azizi Developments has awarded Tasmeem Building an AED 102 million contract to develop its latest projects in Avenue Square.
The new projects are comprised of three low-rise buildings extending over the square road heading to the square’s hotel and the main platform, according to a press release.
The projects are Azizi Gardens, Azizi Park Avenue, and Azizi Green Field, Azizi said.
The three real estate projects will feature one- and two-rooms 242 apartments, consist and open green spaces, including gardens and waterfronts, the property developer noted.

Azizi is currently working on the development of more than 200 projects in 2018, along with the three new projects. These projects include Azizi Riviera and Azizi Victoria.
The timeframe of the projects wasn't revealed.
