Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments announced the plan to launch an AED 25 billion mega community project at 33 million square feet in the centre of Dubai.
Although the company did not reveal the name of the new project, it said that the Dubai development will have a British style and incorporate education facilities, retail outlets, hospitality, and a shopping area as well as outdoor recreation spaces.
“The new project announcement comes as part of Azizi Developments’ commitment toward developing a city, which has given us many opportunities, including secure investments and business environment,” said Mirwais Azizi, Azizi Group’s chairman.
“The rules and regulations in Dubai have provided an ideal environment for business growth, establishing the city as a preferred destination for trade and property investments,” Azizi added in a statement.
Azizi Developments unveiled the new project after selling its Azizi Riviera phases one and two during its successful participation in Cityscape Global 2017.
