Riyadh – Mubasher: The stakeholders of Astra Industrial Group gave the green light for the board’s recommendation to distribute 7.5% of the capital as cash dividends for 2020.
The company will pay out SAR 0.75 per share at a total value of SAR 60 million, according to a disclosure to Tadawul on Monday.
Distributing the dividends to the eligible shareholders is scheduled to take place on 20 April.
Astra Industrial has achieved an annual leap of 288.8% to SAR 115.4 million in net profits during 2020, compared with SAR 29.7 million.
