Aramco begins issuance of US-denominated bonds

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) commenced the issuance of its international bonds, which will constitute US-denominated bonds under its Global Medium Term Note Program.

The issuance will end on 2 June 2025, with a minimum subscription of $200,000, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the return and maturity period will be subject to market conditions.

Citi, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC and J.P. Morgan will serve as active joint bookrunners.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), Bank of China, BofA Securities, Emirates NBD Capital, First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Mizuho, MUFG, NATIXIS, Riyad Capital, SMBC, SNB Capital, and Standard Chartered Bank are passive bookrunners.

Earlier this month, Aramco successfully commissioned a megawatt (MW)-scale renewable energy storage system to power gas production activities.
