UAE - Mubasher: Arada has awarded an AED 180 million contract to Dubai-based Al Ashram Contracting to construct The Boulevard, a residential complex at Arada's Sharjah mega-community Aljada.
With around 600 units, The Boulevard comprises three apartment nine-storey blocks, located next to Aljada’s main avenue, according to a press release on Sunday.
The Boulevard's homes, with smart technology added as standard, will be handed over by the end of 2022.
In Aljada, Arada has completed 465 units at seven apartment buildings, with another seven apartment buildings, a townhouse, and a villa community at the project scheduled to be completed in the upcoming period.
The Chairman of Arada, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, said: "These distinctive and high-end homes in one of the most desirable parts of Aljada have been welcomed by investors and end-users and will be a valuable addition to Sharjah’s property landscape on completion."
