Arabian Pipes enters into supply agreement with Aramco

Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Pipes Company has announced the formal signing of a contract with the state energy producer Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) at a value of approximately SAR 48 million, according to a bourse disclosure.

 The contract involves the manufacturing and supply of steel pipes, representing a significant addition to the Arabian Pipes’ project backlog.

 The supply agreement is expected to influence the financial performance of Arabian Pipes over the next two fiscal years, from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026 until Q1-27.

The official signing of the eight-month contract took place on 20 May 2026. Meanwhile, the scope of the agreement is centered on the production and delivery of steel piping materials required for Saudi Aramco’s operations.

Earlier in 2026, Arabian Pipes signed two agreements worth SAR 241 million with the Saudi oil giant for manufacturing and supplying steel pipes.

Moreover, the listed steel industries company plans a capital increase of 26% by capitalizing SAR 52 million from retained earnings.
