Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Arabian Centres Company decided to pay SAR 0.75 per share as a cash dividend for the second half (H2) that ended on 31 March 2021.
This amount represents 7.5% of the share’s par value, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday. The total value of the dividends stands at SAR 356.25 million over 475 million eligible shares.
During the third quarter (Q3) that ended on 31 December 2020, Arabian Centres registered a 13.6% annual drop in profits to SAR 95.6 million.
