Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Arabian Centres Company (ACC) approved distributing SAR 237.5 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half (H1) of the fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021.
The approved amount is equal to SAR 0.50 per share or 5% of the share’s par value, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the shareholders at the end of the maturity date scheduled on 4 January 2021, as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
The distribution date is 14 January 2021.
In the first half (H1) of FY20/21, Arabian Centres’ profits plunged by 39.3% yearly to SAR 264.2 million.
