Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general assembly of Arabian Cement Company approved cash dividends totaling EGP 2 billion for 2025.
The Egyptian company will disburse a dividend of EGP 5.34 per share, according to a bourse filing based on the board meeting on 25 March 2026.
Meanwhile, the ex-dividend and distribution dates will be 9 and 16 April 2026, respectively.
In 2025, the company generated net profits worth EGP 3.59 billion and net revenue of EGP 12.44 billion.
Earlier, the shareholders of Arabian Cement greenlighted reducing its capital by EGP 7.74 million through the cancellation of treasury shares.
