Cairo – Mubasher: Arabia Investments Holding announced that subscription to its issued capital increase was covered by 75.55%.
The first phase of subscription included 726 million shares, while the remaining 235.02 million shares will be offered again for subscription in the coming few days, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.
In August, the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved increasing the company's issued and paid-up capital to EGP 432.5 million from EGP 144.17 million.
During the first half of 2019, Arabia Investments Holding’s net profit went down to EGP 31.6 million from EGP 46.9 million in H1-18, including minority shareholders’ rights.
