Cairo – Mubasher: The shareholders of The Arab Contractors gave the green light for increasing the capital by EGP 500 million to EGP 7.5 billion from EGP 7 billion, according to an official statement on Monday.
The ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved the budget plan for fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022.
Earlier this year, the construction company was awarded a contract worth EUR 93.5 million to build Abeche-Abouglem road in Chad.
